With over a decade of legal experience, Jeff Stinson is a trusted estate planning and real estate attorney known for his practical, results-driven approach. Leading the Estate Planning Division at Standard, he helps clients protect their assets, avoid probate, and create tailored wills and trusts to secure their future.

Before joining Standard as Partner, Jeff founded and led Stinson Law, a successful firm in Beverly, where he built a strong reputation for helping families, individuals, and businesses navigate estate planning and real estate matters with confidence. He has conducted over 1,000 real estate closings and guided hundreds of clients through estate planning, asset protection, and probate avoidance.

In addition to his estate planning and real estate work, Jeff has represented Fortune 500 companies, including Google and Meta, in discovery matters, providing strategic legal support in complex cases.

Jeff earned his J.D. from New England Law | Boston as a Dean’s Scholarship recipient after graduating with honors in Political Science from Southern Methodist University (SMU). He has also served as a strategic advisor to state and federal legislators, congressional candidates, and policymakers across the country.

A dedicated advocate for families and individuals, Jeff has served as both a Selectman and Mayor, reinforcing his deep commitment to public service.

At Standard, Jeff leads the firm’s estate planning services, ensuring clients receive personalized, effective legal solutions for protecting their families and legacies. Outside of work, Jeff is an avid golfer and a passionate sports fan. He loves the Celtics, Patriots, Red Sox, and Bruins. He lives in Hamilton with his wife, Brittany, and their three children.
