Jeff Stelman

Jeff Stelman is a real estate attorney who has assisted thousands of clients with the purchase, sale, and financing of residential and commercial properties for over 25 years. Jeff’s expertise, superior client interfacing, and respectful and courteous demeanor strategically empowers clients to process decisions efficiently in pursuit of their goals.

Jeff has always operated on the principle of giving back to the local real estate community. Since the mid 1990’s, Jeff has devoted substantial time to local real estate firms, educating agents on real estate contracts and the importance of creating unparalleled client relationships. As an affiliate member of North Shore Realtors, Jeff has served on several committees, and is a past member of the NSR Board of Directors. Jeff has also partnered with several lenders, agents and community organizations in teaching countless first time home buyer classes, including those sponsored by Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University, and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Away from the office, Jeff brings his passion onto the ski slopes, and is an avid car enthusiast and Boston Bruins fan! Jeff resides in Lynnfield with his family.
